Photo & Blueprint Submission
Provide high-quality photos of the property and the full construction blueprints. Construction drawings are required to confirm measurements, bedroom and bathroom counts, and to create an accurate MLS® listing.
Set REALTOR® Participation Guidelines
Establish how REALTORS® will work with you when bringing buyers, while retaining the right to sell directly to your own buyers. You set the buyer-agent commission and decide how offers and communication with REALTORS® are handled.
We Review and Contact You
Within 48 hours, a member of our team will reach out to confirm your submission.
We’ll verify that we have everything needed to prepare your MLS® listing and clarify any details, ensuring a smooth setup.
Sign the Required Paperwork
We will send you all necessary documents electronically.
Identity verification and confirmation of your authority to list the property are required. Once verified, simply sign the listing documents online.
Submit Payment
After signing all paperwork, your invoice will be emailed to you. Payment is requested upon receipt.
Close the Sale!
When you accept an offer or sell the property, please notify us promptly so we can update your MLS® listing. While your property is active, you can also submit updates to the price, possession date, property details, or any other listing information.
